Online Strategy
You can do almost anything online, but what should you do? In the same way you don't build a house with a
blueprint, you shouldn't charge forward online without a solid plan. Before you even start to program or design
something, let us take a look at your business
and the online landscape to see what the best way to succeed online
will be for your business, your employees, and your customers.
R-Stuff
R-Stuff came to us in need of a strategy technology partner who could make sense of their technical
conundrums. Mighty Ants has provided the project management, strategic direction, and technical resources
to help launch a beta product. Now we're helping flesh out sound business strategy and guide the planning
process needed before courting new investment and building the next generation of the company's dream product.
Sesame Workshop
As Sesame Workshop worked to relaunch their online Sesame Street property, they came up with some
great ideas for using the Internet to interact with kids in a safe and engaging way. But they needed an idea
of how it would fit into the overall children's online market, so they engaged FD's web division, led by Jeof Oyster, to study
competing websites and determine strengths and weaknesses of each and how Sesame's planned features would
fit into the market. The report detailed key competition and set the stage for the launch of a great site.
Reach Out Youth Solutions
Reach Out Youth Solutions had many different target audiences and a range of products, programs and information
for each. Their website, however, was outdated and hard to use, but there wasn't a clear direction to take. To solve
the conundrum, they engaged Mighty Ants to study their organization, interview stakeholders and customers, and create
a plan for the next generation of their site. With the plan we developed for them, Reach Out was able to launch a new
site that met the needs and ideas of all the stakeholders.
